If the product was purchased outside of our authorized distribution network:
AG COSMETICS does not provide any expertise or certification regarding products purchased outside its authorized distribution network, authorized dealers or websites.
Please inform us of the coordinates of the seller (name, place of sale, if it is a store or an internet site), to check whether or not it is an Authorized DARLING Dealer and take the necessary measures to end any counterfeiting. In case you have filed a complaint against the seller, we would like to make available to the competent authorities for any information on the nature of the product in question.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that despite our daily legal actions against these sites that sell products that affect our rights, the Internet remains a particularly important means of disseminating counterfeit products. Please send us the product accompanied by the proof of purchase by registered mail with return receipt, at AG COSMETICS GROUP, Consumers Service, 42020 Reggio Emilia (RE).
We will carry out an appraisal to verify if it is in fact of counterfeiting.
If so, we will retain the product to proceed with its destruction. At your request, we will issue a statement certifying the counterfeit nature of the product purchased, with which you can contact the seller to obtain compensation for the damage suffered.
